Obesity in this country has reached epidemic proportions, and we have more available than at any other time in history to help us control our weight. What is the problem? Why do we still have health issues, when we have some many health facilities available?
Now the truth is this is a weighted question. There are quite a few reasons, however the harsh reality remains and we are left to face the fact that at a point in history where people should be living longer than ever before, they are dyeing younger and younger from lifestyle related diseases.
